The Best Burgers in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi has quietly built one of the better burger scenes in the Gulf, and almost none of it is chains. The strongest places are independents doing smash patties on brioche, brisket smoked in house, and in one case a camel burger that people drive from Dubai for. These twelve are the ones worth the trip.

Best Burger in Abu Dhabi 2026
Best overall

3B. Burger Brisket & Beyond

Al Bateen and Khalifa City · Score 94

A 4.9 across 3,778 reviews on the Corniche and another 4.9 across 2,748 in Khalifa City. Almost nothing holds that at this volume. The brisket burger is the order, the truffle fries are not optional.

Best smash burger

Burgeneers

Al Danah · Score 89

Genuine smash burgers on fluffy brioche with balanced sauce and pickles, and fries with actual potato flavour. The Jammy Goat is the one regulars name. Limited outdoor seating, so a winter visit.

Best late night

Flat Burger

Khalifa City · Score 83

Open from eight in the morning until three the next, which no other burger place here matches. Food-truck setup, fatty flat burger, loaded fries.

Best chicken burger

Betweens

Khalifa City · Score 73

Nashville-style chicken done properly, which almost nowhere in the city manages. The Fire Chicken gets called the best chicken burger people have eaten, and the plain fries are quietly excellent.

Best wagyu burger

Swiss Butter

Novotel Al Bustan · Score 76

A steakhouse rather than a burger joint, which is why it does not rank higher, but the wagyu burger drenched in the house butter sauce is the best premium burger in the emirate. No reservations.

Most unusual

More Smash Burger

Baniyas North · Score 83

A camel meat smash burger, and people are driving from Dubai for it. Thirteen reviews at 4.9 is not evidence yet, but every one of them says the same thing. Treat it as a tip.

1. 3B. Burger Brisket & Beyond

Al Bateen and Khalifa City
4.9 (3,778 reviews)
Rated 4.9 out of 5

The clear top of this category, and rare in holding a 4.9 across two branches with thousands of reviews each. Brisket smoked in house, a brisket burger that people call melt-in-the-mouth, a solid smash version, ribs and truffle fries. Plenty of parking at the Corniche site.

2. Burgeneers

Al Danah
4.8 (828 reviews)
Rated 4.8 out of 5

The smash burger specialist. Tasty beef, fluffy brioche, sauces and pickles in proportion, and fries that taste of potato rather than fryer. The chocolate chip cookies are worth adding. Seating outside is limited, and delivery has had the odd wobble.

3. FLAVE Burger by Chef Wali

Eastern Mangroves
4.7 (774 reviews)
Rated 4.7 out of 5

Simple burgers done well at prices people repeatedly call reasonable, in a mangrove-side spot that has brought some life back to the area. The Flave fries and buffalo wings get better notices than the burgers themselves. Still bedding in after a soft opening.

4. FRISPY Smash Burgers

Al Nahyan
4.7 (427 reviews)
Rated 4.7 out of 5

Smash burgers and buttermilk fried chicken, open until two in the morning. The Nashville and Dynamite burgers are the picks, the bacon and caramelised onion combination gets singled out constantly, and the beef quality is a step above the price bracket.

5. More Smash Burger

Baniyas North
4.9 (13 reviews)
Rated 4.9 out of 5

The camel burger. Reviewers are travelling from Dubai for it and calling it one of the cleanest camel meat burgers in the country, alongside chicken and beef versions. Thirteen reviews is far too few to be sure, so this is a tip rather than a recommendation.

6. Flat Burger

Khalifa City
4.6 (575 reviews)
Rated 4.6 out of 5

A food truck operation with the longest hours in the category, from eight in the morning to three the next. The fatty flat burger and the flat truffle burger are the two to know. Cheese fries are generous but come out soft.

7. Firefly Burger

Al Reem Islan
4.9 (219 reviews)
Rated 4.9 out of 5

A Jordanian import on Reem with the highest rating on this page, waterfront seating and an inner road for pickup. The egg and bacon burger is the standout, and they do steak properly too. Large parking beneath the building.

8. CRMBZ

Al Bateen
4.7 (826 reviews)
Rated 4.7 out of 5

Burgers and ice cream under one roof, and both are good. The bun gets specific praise, the fries with coleslaw and chicken tenders are the order beyond the burger, and there is valet parking. Some find it priced above the category.

9. Bro Station

Al Mushrif, Airport Roa
4.8 (592 reviews)
Rated 4.8 out of 5

A Lebanese-American sandwich counter where the Hulk Smashed Burger and mushroom Swiss are the reasons to go. Bar-stool seating only, so it is a quick bite rather than a dinner. Customer service stories about this place are unusually good.

10. Swiss Butter

Novotel Al Bustan
4.8 (3,309 reviews)
Rated 4.8 out of 5

A single-concept steakhouse where the wagyu burger is the sleeper order, tender and juicy under the house butter sauce. No reservations, parking included, and mains have run around AED 87. It ranks tenth only because it is not a burger restaurant.

11. SALT

Yas Mall
4.6 (169 reviews)
Rated 4.6 out of 5

The homegrown UAE chain, and the Yas Mall branch keeps the same calm setup as the Hudayriyat original. Salt and vinegar fries with parmesan are the reason people come back, there is a decent vegetarian burger, and the matcha soft serve has its own following.

12. Betweens

Khalifa City
4.5 (152 reviews)
Rated 4.5 out of 5

Chicken-led, and the best in the city at it. The Nashville burger draws comparisons to the best in the market and the Fire Chicken gets called the best chicken burger people have had. Ask for less sauce if you want the coating to stay crisp.

Where the burgers are

Al Bateen and the Corniche. The strongest cluster. 3B and CRMBZ are within a few minutes of each other, both with proper parking, both worth a detour.

Al Danah and Al Nahyan. Burgeneers and FRISPY, the two best smash burgers in the city, in small rooms in the old centre.

Khalifa City. The mainland burger belt. 3B’s second branch, Flat Burger running to 3am, and Betweens for chicken. This is where the late-night options are.

Al Reem and the Mangroves. Firefly and FLAVE, both with water views and both newer. Reem in particular has become a genuine dining destination.

Yas Island and the malls. SALT and Shake Shack. Reliable rather than exciting, and the answer when you are already there.
